Your favourite crafting flower festival of the year is back! 💐
|
Morning! While I am getting better at keeping flowers and plants alive, honestly I am still not perfect at it... so having live flowers around me is always a bit of a hit and miss at times 😅 These days life is so busy, and to have a bouquet of flowers displayed that is amazingly pretty to look at without worrying about a watering schedule just takes one more thing off my plate (and who isn't grateful for THAT?! 😂). Not to mention the fact that it is incredibly therapeutic to actually sit down and make the flowers yourself! That’s exactly why I’m so excited to share this with you. My friend Abbi Kirsten is hosting her annual Flowerfest, and if you’ve ever been even a little bit curious about paper flowers, this is the event that is not to be missed! I am a huge Flowerfest fan, and have LOVED every single one of the previous years' events! There’s something about the way Abbi teaches that just makes everything click. It’s calm, it’s clear, and suddenly these intricate, beautiful flowers are totally demystified and feel completely doable. And I have to tell you, her tiger lily tutorial is still my all-time favourite flower project I’ve ever made. It’s one of those designs that looks so detailed and impressive, but the process is actually so enjoyable, and a little bit addictive 😅 (im not even joking I think I have made so many of them to date 😂) So if you’ve ever thought, “I wish I could make something like that…” this is your chance. 🌻 Here’s what you can expect at Flowerfest: 🗓️ Happening June 4–6 It’s basically a 3-day creative reset where you get to learn, experiment, and make something really beautiful with your own hands. And the best part? You can join for free.
If you’re someone who loves crafting, or even if you’ve been feeling a bit stuck or uninspired lately, this is such a lovely way to get back into creating. No pressure, no perfection, just progress, you know I love that 💚 I’ll be there too, soaking it all in and probably adding way too many new flower projects to my “must make” list. And right at the top of that list is going to be her Monstera tutorial - I am about to bulk order paper because those are my FAVOURITE of all time - and work perfectly with the Crafting Safari right now! Can’t wait to hear what you create if you join us! Reply to this email and let me know if you want to join in on a fun crafty stream where we make some of these projects together? If enough of you want to slow craft together, I'll put a stream up on the calendar super soon! Thanks so much for being here 💚 And remember - be kind to someone today! See you soon! Kelly Want to stay on my mailing list, but not hear anymore about this offer? No problem! Click here, and I won't send you emails about this event again!
